Will's collection of "dots" spread across his living room floor.Rubicon (AMC television series) is a conspiracy thriller set in a New York City-based government intelligence agency where nothing is what it seems. The agency seeks to uncover patterns in a never-ending stream of data from around the world, clues to the next terrorist attack or the next stock market crash, and the persons responsible.

With access to data from every intelligence agency in the nation and some of our allies, they connect the dots and “share with our friends” what they learn, in hopes of maintaining order in a world seeming bent on chaos.

The program focuses on a beleaguered intelligence analyst, Will Travers (James Badge Dale), whose wife and children were killed in the World Trade Tower on 9-11. Now, faced with the sudden death of his boss and father-in-law David Hadas in a train crash, Will is determined to discover the truth: was David’s death really an accident, or was it murder?

Will lies to dissuade his friend from continuing the dangerous hunt for truth. He begins to uncover clues that point to a complex and sinister conspiracy. Others have died under strange circumstances, and still others may die if he doesn’t find the truth in time.

In his compelling search for answers Will grapples with issues of mistrust, power, control and paranoia. With every question he asks, every clue and incriminating fact he uncovers, he descends further into a complex world of mystery, intrigue and imminent danger.

The program’s theme is “Not every conspiracy is a theory.” If you aren’t paranoid when you begin watching it, you may well get that way in short order, but as the saying goes, you’re not paranoid if they’re really out to get you.

Since I’ve been watching international news over the past year and a half, I’ve seen a shadowy pattern developing; dots appearing.

“Connect the dots…”

Bette’s Journal

Bette Cox 2010

Christ is the "Big C" in my life!

That was told to me by a good friend recently, and it's so very true.

Jesus says in John 10:10, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

I believe Jesus. I hope you do too.

I have one request of other believers reading this journal:

Agree with me that the invader will shrink, shrivel, die and disappear from my body, whatever method the Lord uses to accomplish that.

Thanks in advance.
